With 3 great payment plans to choose from, there is something to fit everyone’s budget!
- Supreme Savings: 1 year for $57.12 (a 20% savings)
- Great Savings: 6 months for $32.12 (a 10% savings)
- Monthly: 1 month for $5.95
Refund Policy
Like everything else we do, we try to make things as simple as possible. And that’s what we’ve done here, by making our Refund Policy as straight forward as we can.
ChoreChampions offers 3 membership plans of varying lengths. Due to the nature of our website and the content therein, we cannot offer partial refunds. You may cancel your membership at anytime before your renewal date, which is the start of your new billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds after your renewal date. Upon canceling your membership, the automatic renewal of your ChoreChampions membership ceases; no further fees will be charged. Keeping this and the information to follow in mind, please consider the choice of your ChoreChampions membership plan carefully.
Plan Explanations and Examples of Refund Policy Implementation
ChoreChampions strives to offer you maximum flexibility by providing 4 membership plans so that you may choose the plan that is right for you. You may change between the various ChoreChampions’ plans simply by emailing Customer Support, cancel@chorechampions.com, prior to the start of the new billing cycle for your present plan. To help you with calculating your billing cycles, your membership start date may be found on the “Your Account” page. So for example, if you joined on May 5, 2007 and registered for the Monthly Plan, you must email cancel@chorechampions.com prior to June 5, 2007 to change your membership to one of our other plans, in order to avoid incurring another monthly fee under the Monthly Plan. Likewise, if you registered for the Extra Savings Plan on May 5, 2007 and wished to upgrade to the Supreme Savings Plan, you would need to email cancel@chorechampions.com prior to August 5, 2007 to avoid incurring another three month fee under the Extra Savings Plan. Your credit card will not be charged for your new plan until the start of your next billing cycle.
Monthly Plan
We will charge the monthly membership fee to your credit card at the start of your membership or at the start of the next billing cycle if changing between plans. With the Monthly Plan, we charge your credit card on a monthly basis until you cancel your membership or change your plan. So for example, if you registered on May 5, 2007 your credit card will be charged on May 5, 2007; and then again at the start of each billing cycle: June 5, 2007; July 5, 2007; and so on, until you cancel your membership or change your plan. If you wish to cancel your membership, please do so prior to the start of your next billing cycle to avoid being billed again. Remember, we cannot offer partial refunds. To cancel, please send an email with your name and membership information to cancel@chorechampions.com. Any feedback you wish to provide on your ChoreChampions experience may be included in this email and would be much appreciated.
Great Savings Plan (discount 10%)
We will charge your credit card with the 6 month membership fee at the start of your membership or at the start of the next billing cycle if changing between plans. We will continue to charge your credit card every 6 months until you cancel your membership or change your plan. So for example, if you joined on May 5, 2007 your credit card will be charged on May 5, 2007; and then again at the start of each billing cycle: November 5, 2007; May 5, 2008; November 5, 2008; and so on, until you cancel your membership or change your plan. If you wish to cancel your membership, please do so prior to the start of your next billing cycle to avoid being billed again. Remember, we cannot offer partial refunds. To cancel, please send an email with your name and membership information to cancel@chorechampions.com. Supreme Savings Plan (discount 20%)
We will charge your credit card with the annual membership fee at the start of your membership or at the start of the next billing cycle if changing between plans. We will continue to charge your credit card on an annual basis until you cancel your membership or change your plan. So for example, if you joined on May 5, 2007 your credit card will be charged on May 5, 2007; and then again at the start of each billing cycle: May 5, 2008; May 5, 2009; and so on, until you cancel your membership or change your plan. If you wish to cancel your membership, please do so prior to the start of your next billing cycle to avoid being billed again. Remember, we cannot offer partial refunds.
